This place took a lot of my frustrations and put it at easy. I was having a nightmare of a time at this other place, unorganized is putting it nicely. Clayton Pharmacy's workers are the most respectful, quick on their toes type of folks. I love their dedication to the customer to do the best at pleasing the customer. They helped me get up and running on all my scripts and was ready in a awesome time frame. If you are looking for a great pharmacy, I recommend them. Thankyou Clayton Pharmacy staff. I love Clayton Pharmacy! Best customer service. Super quick. They deliver. This may sound crazy but switching from the big box store Pharmacy to Clayton Pharmacy made things so much easier for me and was the best decision.

Very happy to have switched from a big box pharmacy to local. Everyone there is so friendly, and it feels like they truly get to know their customers. Only wish I'd switched sooner!

This is the best pharmacy my husband and I have ever experienced. Everyone is professional, yet very friendly. They work hard to get prescriptions transferred or renewed so that there is no hassle on the customers end. Very efficient!

I know more about pharmacies than most people, having been on medications since I was 18. Clayton Pharmacy is the best pharmacy I've ever used, and I say that with 20 years of experience. What's most important in a pharmacy for me is having staff who are friendly and willing to work with you. Clayton Pharmacy goes above and beyond in this category. It's a rare thing these days, but they tend to know their customers by name. A couple more things are really great: (1) they send you a text message when your prescription is ready--every time. And then, if you give them a call, they'll actually deliver your prescription to your house free of charge. They're so nice, though, that sometimes I choose to go in person just to say hey. Hands down the best pharmacy in Clayton. There's no point in going anywhere else unless being able to pick up your medicine at 3 AM on a Sunday is actually important to you--people need to sleep. Shout out to Kathy and team for creating such a great experience!

Fabulous service. They go out of their way to provide exceptional customer service. All of the staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Much better than the chain pharmacies, in my opinion.

I'm so happy with Clayton Pharmacy! I switched after being extremely frustrated with my previous chain pharmacy. The folks at Clayton Pharmacy go out of their way to be helpful, are always friendly, and greet me by name. They text when prescriptions are ready, they answer their phone(!), and I've never seen a long line. I'm sorry it took me so long to switch to them. I would recommend Clayton Pharmacy to everyone!

I recently switched to Clayton Pharmacy and I couldn't be happier!! I previously used the pharmacy on Pritchard Rd in the Food Lion shopping center. After multiple mistakes and no accountability, I knew I had to make a change. After researching privately owned pharmacies in Clayton, I chose Clayton Pharmacy. Their customer service and Pharmacist are absolutely amazing!! Chris has been so very kind and helpful! I live several miles from the pharmacy, however, Chris delivers my medicine free of charge regardless if it's 5 prescriptions or just 1. The relief I feel knowing I will always get my prescriptions the same day, the right dosage, with friendly service is wonderful! If you're new to the area or searching for a new Pharmacy, please check out Clayton Pharmacy. You will not be disappointed.

Cannot say enough good things about Clayton Pharmacy. The staff is always so incredibly kind, from the pharmacist to the front desk staff to the delivery driver. The fill prescriptions so fast and are so helpful! If you are wavering on switching from a chain pharmacy to a local, this is your sign!
